The Town House counselling is based near central Tunbridge Wells and provides one-to-one counselling. We help both ADULTS and YOUNG PEOPLE to find a way forward through issues such as depression, anxiety and stress along with many other emotional difficulties. We work in private rooms which provide a confidential and supportive environment. Here at your own pace, you can talk freely about any aspect of yourself or your life that may be difficult or painful. We are currently working on Zoom.

At The Town House we will arrange a first meeting. Here you will be able to speak about what's on your mind and to discuss any worries you may have about counselling.
There is no obligation to proceed after this meeting but if you decide you would like to continue we will set up a weekly session. These will last for 50 minutes and be at the same time each week for as long as you feel you need them...more
